Hello,
We would Like to tell you a little about ourselves and how
Ben Hur American Staffordshire Terriers got started. We have been in
the sport of purebred dogs since 1972. We were in Great Danes for
17 years, after which we took time off for our children. After our son
returned from the Navy, he wanted me to research the
"American Staffordshire Terrier", So I did. Beginning in 1990 we
started searching,
in 1991 we found our dog, and we were hooked! We have been active in this
breed ever since. We are members and officers of the Northern Ca. S.T.C.A..
I have done rescue, and continue to do so. We are very selective in
our breeding, and placing of our dogs. This is a marvelous, loyal breed
although not for everyone. We are Truly Dedicated,
